1. General Refund Policy
Because our courses and educational materials may provide immediate access to digital content, payments for digital courses and services are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is specifically offered, approved by Aasher Foundation, or required by applicable law.
Before completing a purchase, users should carefully review the course details, price, duration, included features, and access conditions.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund request may be considered in circumstances such as:
- A duplicate payment was made for the same course or service.
- A payment was successfully deducted but the purchased service was not activated due to a verified technical or payment issue.
- A transaction was made in error and the request is approved after review.
- A refund is expressly promised for a particular course, offer, or transaction.
- A refund is required under applicable law.
Approval of a refund request is subject to verification of the transaction and the circumstances of the request.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchasing a course.
- Failure to use or complete a course after access has been provided.
- Failure to achieve a particular examination, academic, employment, or other expected result.
- Loss of interest in the course or educational content.
- Failure to check the course description or requirements before purchase.
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a user's violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Downloaded, accessed, or otherwise consumed digital content, where a refund is not otherwise required or expressly offered.
4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If your bank or payment provider shows that you were charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us with the transaction details.
After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded through the original payment method or handled according to the payment provider's process.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact Aasher Foundation and provide sufficient transaction information for verification.
Please include:
- Name used for the purchase or account.
- Registered phone number or email address.
- Course or service purchased.
- Transaction ID / payment reference.
- Date and amount of payment.
- Reason for the refund request.
Do not send complete card numbers, PINs, passwords, OTPs, or other sensitive payment credentials.
6. Refund Review
Each refund request may be reviewed based on the transaction record, payment status, service-access status, applicable offer terms, and the reason provided.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the transaction and prevent fraudulent refund requests.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund through the applicable payment method or payment provider.
The time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway, or other financial institution involved. We do not control processing times imposed by third-party financial institutions.
8. Cancellation of Services
Where a subscription, recurring service, or other cancellable service is offered, the applicable cancellation terms will be displayed at the time of purchase or communicated separately.
Cancellation of future access does not automatically create a right to a refund for payments already completed unless the applicable terms provide otherwise.
9. Promotional Offers
Special offers, discounts, promotional courses, free trials, or limited-time campaigns may have separate refund or cancellation conditions. Where such conditions are clearly displayed at the time of purchase, they will apply to that transaction.
10. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that a transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent, contact us as soon as possible and also contact your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment provider as appropriate.
We may investigate transactions to protect users and prevent fraudulent activity.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment methods, business practices, or applicable legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
